This is the page you are taken to when you click the unique Meet Entry link from the [Display Meet Entry Link](/gala-organiser-user-guide/meets-menu/meet-list/display-meet-entry-link.md) page.

The top area of the page shows your Club name and Club code (as the host club), Meet Name and Meet Code, Licence No., Meet Dates and to the right a counter showing how many Days, Hours, Minutes and Seconds until the meet closes.

The area directly below this is for the **Meet Entry Text** defined in the [Extra Meet Information](/gala-organiser-user-guide/meets-menu/meet-list/extra-meet-information.md) page.

Then there is some information about payments, followed by Coach Pass and Spectator Ticket information (if these are available).

The next 4 lines are for the Promoter's Conditions (if a document has been upload in the Extra Meet information page), link to download the Meet Entry file, email link for the meet organiser, and a link to view the Accepted (Levels 2-4), Submitted (Level 1), Rejected and Withdrawn Entries.

Finally are the selection options for entry (club and individual), individual coach passes, spectator tickets and technical officials - dependent on your meet settings, and whether any events have been closed for entries.
