# Club Entry

Below are the steps a club goes through to enter your meet.

Click the Club Entry option and you will be presented with a file upload box.

For a meet run using a Hy-Tek Meet File, the club can only upload a .hy3 or .sd3 file.

For a meet run using a SportSystems Meet File, the club can only upload a .sez file.

Once the entry file has been chosen, click the Continue > button to go to the Club Details page.

Here the club official enters their contact details (name, email address and telephone number). Also choose how they will be paying for their club's entries - either Cheque, Cash, BACS (Entries will need to be confirmed by you, the host club, after submission), or Credit/Debit Card (entries are accepted once the payment has gone through).

The club official also has the opportunity to add any Technical Officials, by entering Name, Swim England No., Email Address, Qualification and which Sessions they are available for.

At the top of the page any **Club Entry Text** you have defined on the [Extra Meet Information](/gala-organiser-user-guide/meets-menu/meet-list/extra-meet-information.md) page is show.

Enter all the required details and click the **Enter Meet** button to go on to the Confirmation page.

This page will be displayed if the club wishes to pay by either Cheque, Cash or BACS.

Clicking the **Submit Entries** button submits the entries (confirmation is sent to the entering club), but these entries are not accepted until paid for and you, as the host club, has marked them as paid using the [Club BACS Submitted Entries](/gala-organiser-user-guide/reports/club-bacs-submitted-entries.md) report.

This page is displayed if the club wishes to pay by Credit/Debit card.

Click the Pay with Card button to go to the payment page, dependent on the payment provider (currently only Stripe is available).

Here the club official can enter their credit/debit card details and postcode, and click the **Pay** button.

Once the payment has gone through successfully the payee will be taken to the Payment Confirmation page

**N.B. Alternatively Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link Payments are available where applicable.**

Here the club official sees that their payment for their entries has been successful, and shortly after will receive an email from Gala Organiser confirming their entries, and one from Stripe confirming their payment.

Sometimes the Gala Organiser email doesn't come through, but if they are showing on the system then it's possible the email has gone to their junk folder.
