Gala Organiser uses a system called Meet Credits for running your meets.

For each meet you run, you purchase one meet credit at the cost of £100. This can easily be recouped through the cost you charge swimmers for each event.

To save money you can purchase Meet Credits in bulk, in amounts of 5, 10 or 20 for £460, £900 and £1720 respectively, which takes the cost down as low as £86 per meet credit.

Once purchased, the meet credit can be used to upload the same meet as many times as you wish (in case you notice errors in the entry file after it is uploaded).

When paying by BACS, once confirmed we have received the money then the meet credit(s) will be added to your account.

When paying by credit/debit card the meet credit(s) will be added instantly.

Whichever method of payment you choose the system automatically generates an invoice for your records, and emails it to the email address you used at sign up.
