# Email Club Entrants

This page allows you to email any number of the clubs who have entered your meet.

The figures in brackets show the number of swimmers entered for that club. Tick each club you wish to email, or use the **Select/Deselect All** checkbox to choose all clubs.

The email will include all submitted clubs. If you wish for only paid clubs to be emailed then tick the **Only paid entries** checkbox.

The email editor allows you to include HTML, and a template has been pre-loaded for you.

You can also specify multiple files to attach to your email, which is useful for sending results etc. after the meet.

N.B. This only emails club contacts, not individual contacts. To email individuals, use the [Email Individual Entrants](/gala-organiser-user-guide/meets-menu/meet-list/email-individual-entrants.md) page.
