# Email Individual Entrants

This page allows you to email any of the individuals who have entered your meet, based on the club they wim for (first ranked club)..

The figures in brackets show the number of swimmers entered for that club. Tick each club whose individuals you wish to email, or use the **Select/Deselect All** checkbox to choose all clubs.

The email editor allows you to include HTML, and a template has been pre-loaded for you.

You can also specify multiple files to attach to your email, which is useful for sending results etc. after the meet.

N.B. This only emails individual contacts, not club contacts. To email clubs, use the [Email Club Entrants](/gala-organiser-user-guide/meets-menu/meet-list/email-club-entrants.md) page.
