# Meet Reports

There are currently 23 reports, and 4 spreadsheets available for each meet within Gala Organiser. These are listed below – the titles are all fairly self explanatory, but click on each one to see further descriptions.

Please take time to familiarise yourself with the type of information you can view in these reports (from the Demo Fixture) before setting up your own meet in Gala Organiser.

Please note, where a club has uploaded their entry file and confirmed they will be paying by BACS transfer, once this payment is in your club’s bank account then you will need to mark the entry as paid using the **Club BACS Submitted Entries** page. If this is not done then their entries will not appear on the Submitted/Accepted Entries page.
