# All Entries by Club
All Entries by Club report
This report shows all entries (both accepted and submitted) for the meet, in Swim England No. order within each club (alphabetical order).
From here entries can be **rejected** or **withdrawn** by clicking the Entry Status markers to the right.
### Update Swimmer's Details
By clicking on the Swimmer's name you can change the swimmer's name details and their date of birth (this does not affect their entered times in any way).

### Update Swimmer's Times
By clicking on the **Update Times** link you can update the swimmer's times.
This useful where you have changed the swimmer's date of birth and their times no longer fall in the correct QT range for their age group.

### Update Swimmer's Sex
On occasion swimmer's enter their sex wrong on the meet entry pages, and this allows you to not only change their sex on the Gala Organiser system, but move them to the correct events.
Click on the **Update Sex** button and the necessary actions will be taken as detailed on the page.

### Update Swimmer's Swim England Number
Where a swimmer has entered the wrong Swim England Number you can use this page to enter their correct number.
