# Club BACS Submitted Entries

This report allows you to acknowledge receipt of BACS payments you have been sent by clubs entering your meet.

If they have paid by BACS, rather than credit/debit card, then the entries do not appear on the system until you confirm you have received payment.

Once you have checked the club's bank account, mark the club's entry as paid by ticking the checkbox, then click the **Acknowledge Payment(s)** button. All that club's entries will then appear on the reports, and the Accepted/Submitted entries shown from the Meet Entry pages.

**N.B. This is an extremely important report, because if club's entries are not marked as paid, then their swimmers will never appear in the meet!!!**
