# Session Timings (Excluding Rejections/Withdrawals)

This report calculates the timings of every session, based on the swimmers entered times, and the **Heat Interval Length** entered in [Parameters](/gala-organiser-user-guide/user-menu/parameters.md).

It shows the expected duration and end time of each session, and how many spaces are available in the last heat for each event.

It also shows how many swims, and how many heats are required for those swims for each event.

This report excludes all Rejections/Withdrawals.
