# List Users

This page lists all the admin users that have been defined to use the system for your club.

From here you can use the two buttons at the top to add a new authorised user, or email all users of the system (including attachments).

Clicking on the User Name allows you to change the user details i.e. Name and Email Address, and clicking on the email address opens your default email client so you can email that user outside of Gala Organiser.

The action icons to the right of the screen are as follows:
